I did not received it cos it was damaged during transpotation. But I have got my refund on time.

The lavender scent was great! Very clean and refreshing smelling. After I had completed 2 rooms it was a bit overpowering but still wonderful!

This is the only carpet cleaner I'll use. It beats other cleaners that bring the wet dog odor out. The lavender scent lingers in the carpet for a while after the carpet is cleaned.

This is an excellent product that delivers what it says it will. I tried this out on my carpeted stairs and it got out the stains and general dirt. I also have 4 dogs, so pet stains and odors are another problem. This works much better than any other brand's (including Bissell's) pet stain/odor formulas.

I cannot understand why the other reviewer didn't smell the scent. It's quite strong, but very pleasant. Perhaps there was one batch that wasn't scented.

I shampooed my large master bedroom and was disappointed that it did not smell anything like lavender. Oh, it cleaned and removed stains ok, but I expected once the room was done, I would be able to smell the lavender freshness and even hoped it would last a while. It didn't even smell like lavender as I was cleaning.
