Lithium holds its charge up to six times longer in storage than nickel-cadmium batteries, so it's ready when you are. Remember the disappointment when you were ready and your battery was low? That won't happen with this one. It's got a battery fuel gauge that tells you how much life is left before a recharge, so you won't be caught without your Dremel, and if you choose to keep it on its charger, you won't cause memory and shorten the charge capacity. - Dremel 10.8-volt cordless tool
This version of the Dremel cordless tool is far superior to the older versions. It has much higher torque and the battery will last much longer. The charger will not ruin the battery if left in for extended periods. That is a big plus. In short, this is a great little tool.

This is my third Dremel rotary tool but the first wireless. It is a little heavy but the battery have a lot of power. comes with a good variety of accessories very standard for a lot of activities. very good price for the tool

This product comes in a small box...way too smal for that nice carrying case, instead i got a little bag for all the attachments and the Dremel...ordered mainly for the fact it came in a solid case or so i thought...prolly wil not order from here again. Hoping the dremel is the one pictured and not something else but its a Christmas gift so i cant open it to find out
